Here’s something nobody is talking about: AI is actively worsening the wireless talent shortage. Look into programs like CompTIA SecAI+ or Hack The Box’s AI penetration testing courses. Proactive defense requires understanding the new attack vectors.
- Stop Poaching, Start Growing: Uptime Institute warns that poaching talent is an unsustainable solution for the data center staffing crisis. The same applies to networking. Instead of trying to steal scarce wireless or AI talent, invest in upskilling your existing team. It’s more cost-effective and builds loyalty.
